Seize the Bite Travel is an independent travel advisor powered by Fora Travel. By submitting an inquiry through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Independent Advisor Relationship

Seize the Bite Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and facilitator of travel services offered by third-party suppliers including cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers.

2. Planning & Consultation Fees

Depending on the scope and complexity of your trip, a non-refundable planning or consultation fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon before research or booking services begin.

3. Pricing & Availability

All pricing and availability are subject to change until confirmed and deposited. Seize the Bite Travel cannot guarantee supplier pricing until booking is secured.

4. Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel supplier. Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier cancellation policies, travel documentation requirements, and payment schedules.

5. Travel Documentation & Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring proper travel documentation, including passports and visas where required. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Limitation of Liability

Seize the Bite Travel is not liable for acts, omissions, or changes made by third-party travel suppliers.

7. Communication

By submitting an inquiry, you consent to being contacted by Seize the Bite Travel via email, phone, or text regarding your travel request.

Hosted Cruise Fees & Policies

1. Hosted Sailing Experience Fee

For select group sailings, Seize the Bite Travel offers a hosted cruise experience which includes pre-cruise coordination, group communication, curated onboard meetups, and on-site travel advisor support during the sailing.

A Hosted Experience Fee is required for each participating guest unless otherwise stated in writing.

This fee:
• Covers professional planning and coordination services
• Includes onboard hosted support and group facilitation
• Is separate from cruise fare, taxes, port fees, gratuities, airfare, travel insurance, and other supplier charges
• Is invoiced independently through Seize the Bite Travel or its affiliated agency

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All Hosted Experience Fees are non-refundable once paid.

The Hosted Experience Fee compensates Seize the Bite Travel for professional services rendered, including but not limited to:
• Cruise planning and coordination
• Group management
• Contract administration
• Supplier communication
• Pre-departure preparation
• Onboard hosted services

Because these services begin prior to travel and require dedicated time and resources, the Hosted Experience Fee remains non-refundable regardless of:
• Guest cancellation
• Changes to reservation
• Cruise line cancellation penalties
• Itinerary modifications
• Supplier refunds or credits
• Personal circumstances
• Force majeure events

3. Relationship to Cruise Line Policies

The Hosted Experience Fee is independent of cruise line fare and policies.

Cruise fare payments, cancellations, refunds, future cruise credits, pricing adjustments, and supplier terms are governed solely by the cruise line’s terms and conditions.

Any refunds or credits issued by the cruise line do not apply to or include the Hosted Experience Fee.

4. Pricing Adjustments

If applicable to the sailing, Seize the Bite Travel may monitor cruise pricing and request adjustments in accordance with the cruise line’s pricing protection policies. Any approved adjustments are subject to the supplier’s eligibility rules and are issued by the cruise line, not Seize the Bite Travel.

Price adjustments do not affect or refund the Hosted Experience Fee.

5. Participation Expectations

Participation in hosted group activities is optional unless otherwise specified. The Hosted Experience Fee covers access to curated group experiences and coordination support but does not guarantee attendance at specific onboard events, which may be subject to cruise line scheduling and availability.

6. Changes to Hosted Structure

In rare circumstances, if Seize the Bite Travel is unable to physically accompany a hosted sailing due to unforeseen events, reasonable alternative coordination support will be provided remotely. The Hosted Experience Fee remains non-refundable as services will still be rendered in a coordination capacity.
