The purpose of the following template is to assist you in writing your accessibility statement. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your site's statement meets the requirements of the local law in your area or region.

*Note: This page currently has two sections. Once you complete editing the Accessibility Statement below, you need to delete this section.

To learn more about this, check out our article “Accessibility: Adding an Accessibility Statement to Your Site”.

Accessibility Statement

This statement was prepared on February 1, 2026 and will be reviewed at least once every 12 months, or sooner if there are significant changes to the site or services.

We at Seize the Bite Travel are working to make our site www.seizethebitetravel.com accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We want everyone to be able to use this website and my services with ease. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user friendly for everyone.

To support accessibility, we:
   •    Use semantic HTML, proper heading order, and descriptive link text
   •    Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
   •    Maintain color contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 for text and interface elements
   •    Preserve visible focus states and support full keyboard navigation
   •    Label form fields clearly and associate errors with instructions
   •    Limit motion and flashing content and provide user controls when motion exists
   •    Caption videos when published and provide transcripts for audio where practical
   •    Tag PDFs for structure or provide an accessible HTML alternative
   •    Review new content for accessibility before publishing

Conformance status

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across core pages. Some areas may not yet fully conform, for example older PDFs, third party embeds, or rapidly updated sections. Accessibility work is continuous. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us so we can help right away.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with modern browsers and assistive technologies, including current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. It is best on the two most recent versions of each browser and on current iOS and Android.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us through the organization's accessibility coordinator:

Requesting Reasonable Accomodations

If you need a reasonable accommodation to access information or complete a booking, contact me using the details above. Examples include an accessible PDF, a phone booking in place of an online form, or a plain text version of a document. I will confirm your request and propose a solution within one business day whenever possible.

Third party content and platforms

Some functionality, such as booking engines, maps, videos, social media embeds, or payment tools, may be provided by third parties. I do not control their code. I select partners that take accessibility seriously. When a third party element presents a barrier, I will provide an alternative method, for example a direct email quote, a phone booking, or written driving directions.

For bookings that occur on Fora’s platforms, the accessibility commitments and cookie controls provided by Fora apply on those pages. If you encounter a barrier on a Fora hosted page, you can contact me or email privacy@foratravel.com for help.

Formal Complaints

If you believe I have not met your accessibility needs after contacting me, please send a written description of the issue and your preferred solution to caleb.klein@fora.travel. I will acknowledge receipt and work with you on a resolution. If your concern involves a Fora hosted page, I will escalate to Fora’s team as needed.
