My Story
Hi, I’m Caleb — founder of Seize the Bite Travel, an independent travel advisor of Fora Travel based in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in cruise planning, group sailings, and custom travel experiences.
I’ve been traveling solo since I was 16 years old and have explored more than 70 countries across six continents. Travel has never just been a hobby for me — it’s been a way of life. Cruises, in particular, have become one of my favorite ways to experience the world. In the past year alone, I’ve sailed six times with major cruise lines, continuously learning, exploring, and refining what makes a great cruise truly exceptional.
Today, I help clients plan cruises and curated trips that remove stress, eliminate guesswork, and make the experience as smooth as the sailing itself.
