When you book this hosted Virgin Voyages sailing through Seize the Bite Travel, we will actively monitor your cabin pricing on a weekly basis up until 120 days prior to sailing — which is Virgin Voyages’ pricing protection window.
If a lower publicly available fare becomes available on Virgin Voyagesfor your exact cabin category, I will work directly with Virgin Voyages to have the pricing adjusted according to their policies. Any approved adjustments will be issued by the cruise line in the form of:
• A fare reduction
• A refund (if applicable)
• Or additional onboard credit
This ensures you can book with confidence, knowing your rate is being monitored through the applicable protection period.
